According to The New York Times, Ludacris has been using the name “Chris” to randomly pay for people’s food in supermarkets in Atlanta, which was confirmed by a local news station that recently interviewed Therra Jaramillo.

Jaramillo shared her blessed encounter on Facebook in more than 1,200 words. In the post, she mentioned she lost her husband to brain cancer, and she’s been devastated for four years. She is also a Hurricane Katrina survivor, and she lost her mother due to the disaster.
Jaramillo also said she “can’t really afford to shop at Whole Foods,” but she had been given a $250 gift card from a friend who knew she was going through a a rough time lately.
At the end of the post, she wrote, “He used his personal light to fire up my own. Isn’t that what we should be doing for each other? I think it is. Be like Ludacris y’all.”
Her story was suspected to be fake, like many other previous claims on Twitter. However, after The New York Times searched through Twitter, the investigation showed that Ludacris had been seen a lot in Atlanta.
